Looking for some feedback on my new 1rm PR 110kg Squat, bodyweight 70kg. Only have 6 months of (admittedly sub optimal) squat training prior to 5 months lockdown where I did no barbell squat work, and now been back at it for two weeks. Before this I did 5x5 at 90kg and then 1x3 at 100kg. Thank you!
