[20,M] (Left) July of 2018, (right) February of 2019.... looking for new programs to gain mass, Iโ€™ve toned out but have stayed at the 178lb-185lb range and would like to be closer to 200/205lbs, my calorie intake is about 3300 calories a day and I lift 6 days a week. Any tips?

Chest day with some tricep, lat, and some accessory arm work like forearm curls & rotator cuff workouts. Main focus to start the day was 225 x 3 x 8 into 265 x 3 x 2.

Today was chest and tris, but almost every gym session I like to incorporate a few sets of pull-ups. Weighted pull-ups (45lbs x 3 x 8) followed by 3 sets of 10 none weighted.
