Just a quick form check if anyone wants to help out! First time DL with a belt in like a month. Not doing crazy weights I was just doing 160kgx3 for about 6 sets wasn’t difficult tho, so just any form tips to help as I start building towards beating my 1RM of 200 would be awesome.

15y/o 140kg conventional form was sloppy for lock out could have thrusted the hips earlier would make a cleaner 1RM but got it up quite smoothly(I’ve only pulled sumo before so this is super new)
