I LOVE MEAL PREP! Usual stuff, cajun chicken and Mediterranean veg for lunches, gotta add microwave rice. Just chicken sausages and wraps for breakfast. A chilli con carne and veg for gym days and then a Thai red curry for the others, rice to add with both. Took about 3 hours. Recipes on request.

Overnight oats, eggs, veggies and dip, and roasted vegetables with a different sauce each day. The back fried rice & raw veggies is a step to get my husband keen on meal prepping. He wants to cook his meat the day of.
