I’ve been doing 16:8 with no dietary restrictions since I had my son in February went from 197 currently 160 but I feel I’ve plateaued so I’m including 1200 calorie diet and regular workouts to see if I can reach my 120 goal

Start of my 7 Day Fast. Quick background, I was 240 last year after weighing 300lbs earlier that year. CW is 390. I cannot and will not break 400. Hopefully the start of this journey will give me free will from food. I’ll post an update tomorrow on how I’m feeling and how the fast is going.
