Just started my first 3-day (72-hour) fast. Not sure I’ll make it past the first 24 but I’ll give it a shot. IF hasn’t been working for me so I hope this kickstarts it. If it doesn’t... I might throw the towel in for good. Wish me luck!

F/19/5’3. SW: 162, CW:142, GW:105-110. I wish I had taken pictures at my heaviest but I was so insecure. Fasting has changed my life and I’m finally feeling like myself again after the worst year of my life. Still have more to go, but I’m happy with my progress 😃

100 hours done, only 572 hours left. That's only 100 hours 5 times and to finish off, 3 more days. If you're struggling, breaking it up helps so much and it's not as daunting as a full chunk of 672 hours would be.

Day 14 of 21 day water fast 34/F/5’4” SW 241 CW 222 19lbs ⬇️ overall my face is much slimmer and curves are more chiseled and my butt is definitely more shaped and smaller!! 1 week left! I’m so glad I decided to go on this journey to reset my body and hopefully hormonal imbalances!

4 months progress! -31 lbs using Intermittent fasting, running & yoga. 2 kids in 2 years, 5 months postpartum. Felt like I made no progress this month but I had made A LOT. Progress pics have helped so much!!
