256-148lbs. 5’4” 15 months. 10 more to go. Started 18:6 went to 20:4 and prefer it. Thinking about it today, I dunno if I could carry the 108lbs I lost! Happy new lifestyle.

About a week ago, i was unhappy and not satisfied with how i looked and my daily diet of sugars and fat. 2 days later i started inter fasting and i feel more active, alive and energized. ive already lost 1 pound 🙂. I dont even mind eating healthy foods daily, i shouldve done this a while ago.
