Today I finally past -20kg thanks to fasting. This has truly changed my life (and there’s actually a neck under that fat, what?). Combination of OMAD, IF and EF, had three months this winter when I fell off the wagon and regained 8-9kg, but I got back at it and lost even more. So proud of myself!
