Help with losing weight and supplements? I’m M/21 weighing at 243Lbs and 5’10” I use to be 180 back in HS and was fit never having to deal with weight gain. Ever since My bad break up and depression episode I’ve gained weight and haven’t stopped... been trying to work it out but need some help

Really want a big chest. Should I be doing incline, decline, and flat BP, or just flat bench press? Any advice on using barbells v machines v dumbbells? Also, is it feasible to bulk my chest and arms significantly while staying this lean? (180lb, 6’0”, lifting primarily for aesthetics)

Advice? 22F, 135lbs. I’m generally ok with my stomach when I’m standing or haven’t eaten, but when I bend over, sit, or eat it expands more than I would like. So should I work on toning my lower belly or losing the fat first?

Yo can somebody tell me how to get rid of these. I’m 16 and have been lifting 4-5 times a week for 7 months now and in the past 3 months these have popped up. It’s also in my inner hamstrings as well. I think I got them by deadlifting too much I can’t seem to find good advice anywhere
