M/40/5'8" [275lbs > 215lbs = 60lbs] (1 year) I got down to 197lbs in about 8 months but gained back a few pounds since then. I used CI CO, IF, cut out sugar, alcohol, and carbs. Gained back the 15 lbs when I started drinking beer again. Hopefully I can take some more back off!
