Solved! It was brought to my attention that i accidently deleted this post. Found it in my yard. Previous owner was a potter. Looked like fangs with numbers etched on the side. Look in comments for who helped solve and answer.

Sword is 21 and 1/4 inches long total. Blade is 16 and 3/4 inches. Picked up from a German flea market but no idea where it comes from. Maybe African? Some kind of fur inlaid in the scabbard, and some geometric designs made with brown leather and light straw. Probably iron blade and unknown stitches
