I’ve been taking it easy for the last few weeks, but my left shoulder hasn’t been giving me issues anymore. So started today’s chest day with some heavy dumbbell press (115lb/52kg) I wanted to get 3x10, but ended up with 2x9, 1x7, & 1x5 before dropping weight.
