[COMP] Chandrasana. My wife and I moved to Abu Dhabi in January. So far, daily asana is probably the only time when I can calm my mind enough to not feel negatively about this place. I do not wish to use my practice in this way. Has anyone else had similar experiences to this?

Had to get shoulder (L) surgery a year ago to repair a torn labrum. Before surgery, I couldn't even open a door. Recovery has been long and hard, but yoga is helping greatly!

[COMP] Day 6: shoulder the Asana that I chose for the #madpropsyoga Challenge was the shoulerstand- Sarvangasana it stimulates the thyroid gland, relieves stress and depression. My prop of choice was my inversion chair. It’s helping me keep my hips in alignment. Namaste
