[COMP] I successfully (and unexpectedly!) got into Crow pose tonight! I’ve been doing yoga for 3 months, and I have had to really work on my upper body strength. I had hoped to get there by next year. I reached my goal early and I am ECSTATIC!! Any feedback on form would be appreciated!

Six weeks later, and I’m still trying to recover from a major concussion. Yoga has been a huge comfort. My practice is the one time of day that I don’t feel off balance. I strongly recommend practicing for anyone dealing with a TBI.
